BEDROOM: Queen memory foam mattress with soft linens, comforter and pillows. Room closet and wardrobe closet, color LED remote controlled lighting in night table. Black out shades throughout.

BATH: Shower - tub combo, LED lighting, towels and hand soap supplied.

LAUNDRY: The complex has its own laundry with app and credit card controlled machines. If using the App it will signal your phone when your wash is finished. 3 washers and 3 dryers. Easy instructions mounted on wall. We are in a small, boutique apartment complex of just 28 units.
Unit is just a few doors away from laundry.
