Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or groups who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the Orange County area.

The highlight of our property is the beautiful backyard, which features a sparkling pool and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dining. The backyard is also fenced for added privacy and security (not shown in the photos).

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and cozy seating. We also provide high-speed WiFi throughout the house, so you can stay connected during your stay.

Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have queen-sized beds.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the backyard and pool area. The pool is fenced with alarm (not shown in the photos) for added safety, but guests are responsible for their own supervision and use of the pool.

Important Safety Reminder: As per the city's safety regulations, this alarm cannot be disabled or turned off. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We also provide a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

•A matching government ID will be requested once reservation is confirmed.
•Please be aware that pool heating is not included in the base rate and will incur an additional fee.
•Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
•The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating.
•Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask our guests to respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 p.m.
