Prima Lage sowohl zum Strand (5min) als auch zum Zentrum (8min). Wohnung mit gut durchdachtem Grundriss, macht Spaß dort, selbst, wenn man mal einen Regentag hat. Maintenance nicht vergessen, auch Klasse nutzt sich ab.

Auszeit vom Alltag mit Sauna und Kamin

Sehr gepflegte gut gelegene Anlage, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand und der Fußgängerzone mit Bäcker fürs Frühstück. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertigen Möbeln und sehr guter Ausstattung. Sauna und Kamin laden zu kuscheligen Abenden ein.
