Vacation Apartment at Residence Steilküste 8

The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is an idyllic holiday destination. It is one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea resorts in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and is located between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm. Just 150 metres from the cliffs (Steinstrand), this cosy and modernly furnished 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor (lift included) with approximately 66 m² of living space and two sunny south- and east-facing balconies. This very family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Two separate bedrooms and a 1.40 x 2.00 m sleeper sofa provide space for 5 people. The apartment comes with a free parking space. Wi-Fi is also available here. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.

• Bedroom II: Sofa bed 100x200 m, pull-out guest bed (90x200 m) can be rolled out from underneath, closet, desk + stool, lamp, small table, stereo system, direct access to the balcony

• Entryway: Coat rack, shoe cabinet, mirror

• Bathroom: windowless, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, vanity cabinet, heated towel rack, shelf

• Balconies: two balconies facing south and east, table and chairs

• Children’s amenities: travel cot and high chair

• Parking space: free of charge directly in front of the complex, No. 8

• Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi, lift, roller shutters on all windows, laundry facilities in the basement

Also wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.Eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Wohnung mit ganz guter Ausstattung sein. Aber es roch modrig, im Schlafzimmer lagen Ameisen und Silberfischköder. Was mich ganz arg enttäuscht hat, war die Kommunikation mit der Fa. Dasenbrook. wir haben direkt festgestellt, dass der Geschirrspüler nicht ging. Die Hausdame war freundlich und bemüht, kann das wohl aber auch nur weitergeben. Tja und dann ist bis zur Abreise nicht nur nichts passiert, sondern es gab auch keine Kommunikation. Nichts. Das war sehr enttäuschend!Das Bad ist sehr klein und eben ohne Fenster,WC-Sitz locker.Selbst bei einer einfachen Ausstattung würde ich gerne erwarten wollen, dass alles funktioniert.

Schöne Fewo in Nienhagen

Die Ferienwohnung ist wegen der Nähe zur Steilküste gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend. Insgesamt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Daher eine klare Empfehlung.
