Surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, you’ll be right on the bike path here and can enjoy nature to the fullest. Its location on the outskirts of town ensures a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and unwinding from the stresses of everyday life.
We offer an apartment with two separate bedrooms, each with a shower and toilet, and a balcony. The kitchen-living room is well-equipped with a couch and a corner bench set for a cosy stay.
In winter, you’ll benefit from the short drive to the ski areas at Achensee and in the Zillertal! You can also reach many great destinations by public transport (some of which is free).
Our rural guesthouse, complete with a garden, offers the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. Enjoy the sun on our sun terrace or prepare delicious grilled specialities at the barbecue area. The lounge chairs in the garden invite you to admire the panoramic view of the Alps while taking in the nature around you.
With Wi-Fi throughout the house, you’ll always be connected. Please note that pets are not allowed here so as not to disturb the relaxed atmosphere.

Private holiday rental featuring one double bedroom with shower and toilet, one double bedroom with shower, a kitchen-living room with a dining table and a double sofa, an additional toilet in the hallway, a balcony, satellite TV in all rooms, a large garden with lounge chairs, and a sun terrace.



On-site fees: Our house is located on the cross-border Munich–Venice bike trail.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
