My wife, Melissa, and I live in Virginia Beach, VA but love to go back and forth from the beach to the mountains. We are new to hosting but are really enjoying it! We really think we have a gem and want to share it with others!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is so quiet! You feel so far away from everything yet you are only 14 minutes from either Black Mountain or Old Fort. No traffic, just the sounds of nature. We love that our community has our own private trail to Catawba Falls - they are beautiful!
What makes this property unique
We just lover this house and know you will too! From either primary suite you can lie in bed at night and see the night sky and all the stars as you fall asleep. This is not common here in the mountains but we love that the house is all on a single level - there are no stairs in the house and all bedrooms and bathrooms are easily accessible. You wont have to worry about sharing bathrooms because each bedroom has their own private ensuite bathroom. And lastly, the open space design of the living room, dining room and kitchen is a perfect spot for large families or groups to relax and all be together making fond vacation memories!
