Check in was more complicated then it needed to be. Additional information was asked for a few hours before check in while we’re traveling so couldn’t get in right at check in. AC wasn’t working very well when we go there and took over 24 hours to get fixed. Not very many pots and pans to cook with. Kitchen needs to be more stocked for cooking. Elevators stopped working quite a bit. King bed was very hard. Showers aren’t meant for tall people either. Husband and son are 6’4” and had to duck the shower. Lazy river rally isn’t a lazy river. Pool is a free for all with people using the floats for the river which is attached to the pool so really wasn’t a current in the river to float anyways. Pizza was good from the pizza place in the building.
