Empfehlenswert mit Einschränkung
Die Lage der Wohnung is prima, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Nordsee ist wunderbar. Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen absolut ok. Der Wohnraum und der abgetrennte Schlafbereich sind sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Die Einschränkung betrifft die ca. 40 Jahre alte Küche, die dringend renoviert werden sollte (Schranktüren hängen, Türen z.T. fast ausgebrochen, Scharniere/ Beschläge marode). Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls erneuerungsbedürftig (z.B. keine tiefen Teller, Besteck und Gläser unvollständig und vieles offenbar aus alten Beständen zusammengestellt, alte Pappkartons auf den Küchenschränken). Es gibt einen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, aber keinen Trockner (wie angekündigt). Trotz der Einschränkung ist die Wohnung insgesamt empfehlenswert.
