I used the property for an extended work trip. Great mid-century modern vibe. Beautiful view and landscaping. Great format for work with outside and inside multiuse spaces. Proximity to Hendricks park and south university a huge plus.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! The finish and details are top notch. Furnishings are excellent. Only minor issue is this is a renovated mill, so the layout has limitations. The "3rd bedroom" is on the 2nd story with great views, but the bathroom for this bedroom is a flight of stairs down...

Here’s a polished Vrbo review:The house itself is lovely, and the attention to detail throughout the property is exquisite. It truly felt like a special place to gather for graduation weekend.That said, the pricing at graduation felt excessive, which took away some of the magic from what should have been a purely joyful family event. We had planned to offset the high cost of the stay by cooking and enjoying meals together at the house, but unfortunately, the oven stopped working during our visit. That was disappointing and added to the frustration of an already expensive stay. The proximity to the University is fantastic. Easy to get anything you need from a store close by. We purchased a broom and left it for the next guests. Overall, the home is beautiful, but between the graduation-weekend price increase and the oven issue, the experience did not fully justify the cost. I see the normal price and would recommend it in the hundreds of dollar price range, but not thousands.
