This place worked well for someone who needs a place to crash. It's what I needed. The location is a bit sketchy, kinda hidden away in a not-so-great neighborhood. I didn't have any problems, but I didn't hang around. The shower/tub combo has a curtain that doesn't fit the tub. There were crumbs and hair on the floor. The sheets were clean, and the kitchen was clean. I really appreciated having the washer and dryer and the AC units, though it looks like one of the electric heaters is trying to eat the main window AC. The biggest strike was the plug-in scents... I almost choked when I walked in the first night. I unplugged everything, opened the windows for a couple of hours, and didn't have any other problems. Glad to learn that the scents weren't being used to cover something else. The water heater is only good for about half a bath; there are no problems with showering. All in all, a place I would stay again should I come to Dayton for a similar reason.

We're glad the sheets, kitchen, washer/dryer, and AC units met your expectations! We will definitely look into the shower curtain fit and address the crumbs and hair on the floor with our cleaning team that is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we apologize for that. Regarding the plug-in scents we completely understand that scent sensitivity varies from guest to guest. We use them to keep the space fresh between stays but will reconsider the intensity. Owner was always around in case you need him for anything. I was there for 6 weeks and just wished the bathroom got cleaned and the bedsheets changed once during my stay. I did not bring this idea up to the owner because I was so busy fixing my real home to live in and starting a new job all at the same time. Otherwise it went well. The neighbors are very helpful and friendly. They helped me move in my large houseplants (trees) when I was weak from moving and really needed it. I felt safe staying there, and that is most important.
