First of Loft is an elegant flat, newly built, structured on two levels, ready to meet the needs of its guest profiles: young couples and over 60, families of three or four people, millennials friendly and those who love to stay individually.

From the independent entrance there is a bright living room with a maxi sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace.

On the same floor there is a silent and air-conditioned double bedroom with queen size bed and maxi wardrobe.

The private bathroom has a shower cubicle and electric hairdryer.

From the living room, a yatch-style poplar wood staircase leads to an open mezzanine with steel railing, which has a queen-size double bed.

Very comfortable, very quiet, very elegant for a stay immersed in our philosophy of "Safe holidays in Sardinia accommodation".

First of Loft is located in front of the wonderful Longa beach of Isola Rossa, which is only 150 metres from the flat.

Staying at First of Loft, your holiday is total slow & green, eco-sustainable, as you can easily move on foot for any need.

Just a short distance away, in the central street of Borgo Isola Rossa, you will find cafés with a sea view, restaurants, markets, shops, tobacconists, delicatessens and ATMs.

All around there are various nature trails that lead to the wonderful beaches of La Marinedda, Cala Rossa and the Aragonese Tower.

If you use your own car, you can reach as many paradisiacal destinations, first of all COSTA PARADISO, Rena Majore, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Castelsardo, Lu Bagnu, Valledoria: a full immersion among breathtaking destinations.

Vacanza a Isola Rossa

Isola Rossa è davvero una piccola chicca della Sardegna che consigliamo di visitare almeno una volta nella vita !! Semplicemente paradisiaco, intimo e famigliare.L’appartamento con spazi ben distribuiti e procedura di check-in e check-out ineccepibili.Note e critiche soltanto al fine di miglioramento della struttura sono: - mancanza di accessori bagno (appendini, portasapone, portarlo ecc..) - aspirazione cappa da sgrassare- mancanza di oscuranti sulle finestre - mancanza di tenda su terrazzo Vantaggio invece di una comoda lavatrice sul terrazzo e impianto di condizionamento che ci ha salvati in queste giornate caldissime.A presto isola Rossa… torneremo
