Everything serious lake guests need in one property — and then some. ROC 'n Dock sits right on Kentucky Lake in Big Sandy, Tennessee with a covered private dock, three kayaks, a club car golf cart, screened porch, charcoal grill and smoker combo, and a level of thoughtfulness our guests consistently call remarkable. Two bedrooms sleep six. Two hours from Nashville. Two hours from Memphis.

Maintained to a standard guests consistently call spotless and "like it's just been remodeled."

My husband and I just got back from this amazing place. Sunsets were spectacular! Dock was large. Perfect for our pontoon rental and swimming. Golf cart was a huge advantage for back and forth to lake and house. Clean and so thoughtfully decorated. The screened-in porch was great for evenings and morning coffee. Nice place to relax and get away from everyday life!

This property has everything you need and is exceptionally clean. Great care has been taken to ensure any item you need is available. There is a lovely screened-in porch, perfect for reading, enjoying your morning cup of coffee, or just spending some quiet time in nature. The dock by the lake is an additional bonus that has breathtaking views.

We stock this property the way we'd want to find it — Black Rifle Coffee ready to brew, local Tennessee honey on the counter, every surface cleaned with plant-based Thieves products, and enough thoughtful extras that our guests consistently say they've never stayed somewhere more carefully prepared. We respond quickly, we care about your experience, and when one of our guests had boat trouble on the lake — we went out of our way to help. That's just the kind of hosts we are.
