50-square-meter vacation apartment in a farmhouse with lots of animals

We run an organic farm with cows, calves, horses, rabbits, cats, and guinea pigs. Our farm is located in the small mountain village of Eggersberg (a district of Lohberg) at an elevation of 670 metres, at the foot of the Osser, surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests. With a breathtaking view of the surrounding Bavarian Forest mountains, you can leave your everyday worries behind. Families and seniors are always welcome guests at our farm. Children can watch the milking, help feed and care for the animals, take the calves out to pasture in the summer, go horseback riding, ride along on the tractor, and much more. We have pedal cars, foosball, a playground with a sandpit, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, and a playhouse. Because when kids are happy, parents can enjoy their holiday! Winter sports enthusiasts will also find excellent conditions here. The Scheiben cross-country skiing centre is just a 10-minute drive away, and the Arber ski area is 15 minutes from the farm. When snow conditions are good, the Eggersberg-Scheiben cross-country ski trail is groomed. The 50-square-meter holiday rental accommodates 2–4 people. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, couch, and TV, as well as two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a cot, changing table, or high chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided in the holiday rental. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are also available. We’re also happy to offer a bread roll delivery service and fresh milk daily. The price includes all utilities, hand and bath towels, bed and kitchen linens, Wi-Fi, baby gear, a cot, safety rails, blackout blinds, a night light, a high chair, a hand blender, children’s cutlery and dishes, a changing table and pad, a step stool, and a toilet seat. Fresh milk is also provided daily. Horseback riding and campfires with bread on a stick are available from Easter through November. A “stable certificate” for our little farmers, a farm tour, and helping out in the barn are sure to make the kids happy. The visitor’s tax is charged separately. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. One dog is allowed for a fee of 7.00 EUR per day.
