Nestled in a beautiful, village-like setting on the island, surrounded by meadows, the Tina Apartment is located in the historic Sieben-Linden Captain’s House in Archsum. Tranquil peace, seemingly endless “Fenne”—as the Sylters call the meadows—the dike in the distance, and every now and then a horse trots by: it doesn’t get any more idyllic than this on Sylt. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the captain’s house and measures approximately 40 square metres.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung war ein wenig dürftig (nur ein kleiner Topf und eine Minipfanne) und der Fernseher ging nicht.

Haus b.z.w. Wohnung ( Tina) überholungsbedürftig

Wohnung war sehr sauber und dem Preis an- gemessen. Leider befanden sich weder Lüftung noch Fenster im Dusch b.z.w. WC Raum. Durch Regen an mehreren Tagen in der Nacht wölbte sich die Tapete wegen Wassererschaden nahe dem Frühstückstisch. Auch die Decke im Treppenhausaufgang deutet schon auf Wasserschaden hin. Der für die obere Wohnung angegebene Strandkorb befand sich mehr auf der daneben stehenden Baustelle als am Haus. Man hat von dem romantisch gelegenen Haus einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck in dem kein Cent wenn nötig noch investiert werden soll. Mit freundlichen Gruß Wolfgang Ochs Die Bewertung Sauberkeit des Objektes bezieht sich nur auf die Wohnung " Tina".
