Our cosy holiday home is located on the outskirts of Kortgene, in the private Koerenblomen holiday park.
The living/dining area with an open kitchen features a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The bedroom upstairs has a double bed, satellite TV, and a small wash area. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a bunk bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Senseo pod coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. A small shed right next to the house contains two bicycles and various beach supplies. The garden’s sun terrace features a grill, a table, and four chairs.
Free parking is available right outside the door. The bus stop (with a well-developed network) is about 200 metres away.
A small playground is located across from the house in the park. Additional attractions for children (swimming area, outdoor pool, large playground, indoor playground, etc.) can be used at the nearby campground on the Veersemeer for a small fee.
Kortgene is a charming village with cosy bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger, and lovely shops. On Saturday mornings, there’s a small market on the village square. Kortgene, located on the island of Noord-Beveland, lies right on the Veersemeer—a water sports paradise—and is about a 10-minute drive from the North Sea beach.
The surrounding area is defined by the Veersemeer, and beautiful biking and hiking trails start right from the house.
Beautiful towns such as Goes, Veere, Middelburg, and Zierikzee are also within easy reach.
There is a wide range of recreational and sports activities in Zeeland for both adults and children. You’ll find plenty of tips in our folder and travel guide inside the house.
