Waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende da und es hat uns sehr gefallen, Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage,besser geht es nicht , alles in der Nähe,das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das die Matratzen und Kopfkissen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.alles in allem sehr Wohl gefühlt

Ferienwohnung sehr schön wünschenswert wäre ein Stsubsauger um auch mal saugen zu können. Und der Abfluss beim Waschbecken ist im Badezimmer verstopft. Staub bei den Lüftungskadten im Bad und Fußleisten sollten bearbeitet werden. Lage topp

Diese hochwertig FeWo entsprach genau der Beschreibung in der Ankündigung von der Webseite. Modern und sehr sauber mit allem Komfort ausgestattet haben wir uns dort mehr als wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Nähe zur Ostsee ist super. Die Eisdiele unter unserer Wohnung hat überhaupt nicht gestört sondern die freundliche Eisverkäuferin sowie das Eis waren toll. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Betten, wir haben lange nicht so gut gelegen. Am Abend kurz in die vorhande Sauna rundet den Urlaubstag ab. Zingst selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gerne wieder.

Sehr tolle Zentrale Lage mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Vorteil: man ist in wenigen Metern am Strand/Kurhaus. Nachteil: da will jeder Urlauber hin, tagsüber ist viel los rund um die Wohnung, also erst Abends ruhig. Die Baustelle genau gegenüber ist irgendwann auch fertig. Momentan brummt nachts eine Pumpe und morgens um 7:30 geht die Arbeit los. Es gibt nur Innenjalousien, wird also nicht ganz dunkel nachts, wegen den Straßenlampen. Aber insgesamt sehr schicke, moderne und toll ausgestattete Wohnung, die wir weiterempfehlen können.

Zentrale Lage

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung. Zentrale Lage (tagsüber viel Fußgänger und Radfahrer an der Wohnung vorbei. Derzeit genau gegenüber eine Baustelle, aber die Wohnung selbst ist schick und gut ausgestattet und wer die kurzen Wege mag, wird die Wohnung lieben.

Baustellenlärm

Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche beim Betreten der Wohnung. Nach längerem Wasser laufen verschwand der Geruch. Allerdings trat er zeitweise immer wieder auf. Gegenüber der Ferienwohnung war eine Großbaustelle, dieses wurde uns leider vorher von der Ferienagentur nicht mitgeteilt. Die Bauarbeiten begannen täglich zwischen 7.15 Uhr und 7.30 Uhr. Nachdem wir uns bei der Ferienagentur deswegen beschwert haben, kam nur eine lapidare Entschuldigung wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten.
