Cozy vacation home in the beautiful volcanic Eifel region

This 200-year-old farmhouse is located in the heart of the Vulkaneifel. It has been renovated into a cosy family home that serves as a great starting point for your hiking or biking trips through the Eifel.
The ground floor features a living room with a new wood-burning stove, a dining area, a guest bathroom, a laundry room (with a washing machine), and a kitchen. It is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.
A staircase leads to the ground floor. There are three spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Thanks to the double-paned windows, it's very quiet inside.
The automatic ventilation system ensures there's always fresh air.
Outside, there's a terrace with a play tower, and the grill is already set up. The private pool in the upper garden will be ready by summer. There's a large barn and a garage that can accommodate cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
And there's plenty to do in the Eifel: there are playgrounds, castles, and volcanoes, but you can also visit cities like Cologne and Trier.
