2-room apartment on the 4th floor with a panoramic lake view of the Weltschifffahrtweg and a private beach chair (available only during the season at 01.05.2026-30.09.2026) on Döse Beach, just a few minutes away. The apartment features a large, fully equipped balcony facing the lake. The living/dining area has vinyl flooring and is furnished with a sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The free underground parking space has a height limit of 1.49 m. The owner also provides guests with a parking permit for the municipal car park in front of the building. (Jan. 1–Dec. 31)

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse beach house is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Ich war schon mal in Ihrem Haus als Gast. Keine, da alles bestens war! Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, nah zum Strand und überhaupt sehr gut gelegen. Bushaltestelle direkt am Haus.Perfekt war der dazugehörige Strandkorb+ Parkplatz.

Ab 20 Uhr keine Gästeaufnahme in den Restaurants. Bleibt die Dönerbude. Parkgebühren sind im ganzen Stadtgebiet viel zu hoch. kurzer weg zum Strand.

Internet . sind seit 20 Jahren Gast in Jan am Strand Das Problem mit dem Parkplatz muß gelöst werden. Der Blick aufs Meer,die Ebbe+Flut,der Sonnenuntergang,usw. Das alles wird jedes Jahr durch den Baumbewuchs vor dem Deich immer mehr behindert.
