Der morgendliche Mehrblick-Kaffee auf dem Balkon und Meerwind in der Nase -unbezahlbar! Auf dem Balkon müssten ein paar Bodenplatten ausgetauscht werden. Der Saunabereich könnte gerne etwas modernisiert und aufgehübscht werden.
