Cozy vacation apartment with a balcony overlooking Jauerling

Our spacious holiday apartment is located in a quiet setting at the foot of the Jauerling, right on our farm in Gut am Steg, and can accommodate up to 2 people. The village of Gut am Steg is about 2 km from Spitz. Our house is a great starting point for numerous hiking trails and walks through the vineyards. Wine taverns are also within easy walking distance. There is a children’s playground in the immediate vicinity. Our holiday rental is located right on our farm in Gut am Steg and accommodates up to 2 people. This way, you can occasionally get a glimpse into the daily life of a winegrower’s family, while still enjoying the peace and quiet you need to make the most of your holiday. The spacious apartment consists of a living room (with a pull-out couch for two) featuring an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the Jauerling. It has been awarded 4 Flowers by the “Urlaub am Bauernhof” association. It also offers: TV, Wi-Fi, parking, bike storage, a playground in the immediate vicinity, a high chair, a travel cot, and the option to have your initial groceries delivered. As a welcome gift, a bottle of wine will be waiting for you in the refrigerator. After booking, a deposit of EUR 100 is required. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer after departure. Check-in time: 14:00 - 19:00 Check-out time: by 10:00 Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request. Surcharge: EUR 5 per night. The overnight tax of EUR 1.60 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. As of 01.01.2024, the overnight tax is 2.60 EUR per person per night. Bread roll service and a starter grocery shopping list are available upon request.
