About this property

Ideal for groups, clubs, family get-togethers, class reunions etc...

The guest house is in a residential area with friendly neighbors.
The accommodation consists of two different residential units (No. 1 and 2).
The residential unit No. 1 (on the ground floor and on the 1st floor) has 6 bedrooms: 3 double rooms and 3 triple rooms. Five bedrooms with their own shower room/toilet on the 1st floor (with access to the balcony on the castle side or to the terrace on the garden side).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the lounge and a bedroom (intended for snorers).

The residential unit No. 2 on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower/WC, 1 living room and 1 kitchen is automatically booked and made available for larger groups (more than 12 participants).

From the terrace you can walk through our natural, large MOSS GARDEN directly to the beautiful adjacent forest.
When the weather is nice you can grill either on the terrace or in the garden.

The historic towns of Michelstadt and Erbach can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car.
The Upper Franconian cities of Obernburg and Miltenberg am Main are also only 15 and 20 km away and can also be easily reached by bike.
Hiking trails lead to attractive corners of the Odenwald.
A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. Various shops and bakeries are nearby.

900 m from the guest house, next to the Mümlingtal cycle path R1, below the beautiful Breuberg Castle, is the Mannsfahrt-Aue. It runs between Bahnhofstrasse and Brückenstrasse parallel to the Mümling. A spacious multi-generational playground was created on the extensive site.

3 km from the guest house (45 min to 60 min walk) is Breuberg Castle with various attractions.

Between Höchst and Rimhorn there is the romantic valley of the Obrunnbach (Obrunnschlucht fairytale path) in the middle of the forest (5 km walk through the forest).

Best Sommer memories

We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets and shower in each room, we could confortably stay without destroying our personal area. Thank you again !

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit der Familie in dem großzügigen Haus im Odenwald verbracht. Die Kommunikation und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter war außerordentlich gut, das Haus für große Gruppen perfekt. Leider war das Wetter so schlecht dass wir den schönen Garten und die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten.

Soooo viel Platz und super nett.

Das war keine Ferienwohnung, sondern ein kleines Hotel, dass man selbst betreibt. Viele schöne Zimmer für 2-4 Personen, mit eigenem Bad. Hatte schon viel kleiner Zimmer in einem Hotel. Riesen Küche und Aufenthaltsraum. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich und per Whatsapp mit super Infos versorgt. Einfaçh voll gut. Fahrt da hin Leute.

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen: große Küche, großer Aufenthaltsraum. Mehrere Doppelzimmer jeweils mit Bad. Heizung, WLAN, Küchengeräte - alles hat funktioniert. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch da. Wir waren über Silvester mit 4 Familien da.

Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit ihren 5 Schlafzimmern und 5 Badezimmern perfekt für Gruppen. Die große Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt, lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Der Esstisch und die Sofaecke im Aufenthaltsraum bieten ausreichend Platz für alle. Alles war sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen (Freunde) und waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Diese Ferienwohnung ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Schönes Wochenende

Wir hatten das Haus für ein Wochenende mit Freunden gemietet und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden um ein schönes Wochenende zu verbringen. Durch die Einzelzimmer konnten wir unsere Schnarcher so unterbringen, dass jeder eine ruhige Nacht verbringen konnte. Die große Terrasse hat zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen und Grillen eingeladen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende und wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Des Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es waren genügend Badezimmer vorhanden. Besonders schön war die Dachterrasse mit Markisen und Gasgrill. Die Lagerfeuerstelle war leider noch nicht fertig gestellt. Am Samstag haben wir eine Burgführung mit gemacht. Die Burg und viele Geschäfte sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Besonders schön fand ich die entspannte Atmosphäre des Hauses. Es gibt viele Räume für ein schönes Miteinander.

Viel Platz

B&B Wir waren 3 Tage dort, bei sonnigem warmem Wetter. 6 Erw., 4 Kinder (1 bis 9 Jahre). Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung, alles ok. Kinderbett und Kinderstühle wurden gestellt. Die Vermieter sind telefonisch gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus steht weit oben am Hang mit riesigen Balkonen/Terrassen rund ums Haus. Ein Natur-Grillplatz wird gerade hergerichtet. Der große Generationen-Spielplatz im Dorf bietet für alle Altersstufen der Kinder gute Möglichkeiten. Eigenen Sonnenschutz sollte man wenn möglich mitbringen, da die Bäume noch sehr klein sind und wenig Schatten spenden. Mit Kindern zu empfehlen: Besuch der Burg mit Führung, Wanderung in die Obrunnschlucht bei Höchst, (runter und rauf, gesamt ca. 1,5 Std).
