Beach Bush House is a much-loved Scarborough home, thoughtfully upgraded while preserving its original charm and soul. Set on the edge of the Cape Point National Park, it offers sweeping Atlantic views, wide skies and unforgettable sunsets.
One of the oldest of the Scarborough homes, the property was recently modernised while maintaining its relaxed, family beach-house feel. New kitchen and bathrooms, immaculate screed floors, and beautiful beds with quality linen make it an easy, comfortable place to land.
Outside, a shady dining area invites long, lazy meals, with ocean views and golden evening light. There’s an outdoor shower for sandy returns, a braai for slow evenings, and a wood-burning stove to keep things cosy in winter.
Peaceful, stylish, and just steps from the beach. Ideal for families or respectful adults. Dog-friendly for one well-behaved dog.
