Beautiful villa with amazing sea view and heated private salt water pool.
Beautifull house on the slopes of Silvermine (Table Mountain National Park) with amazing sea view. Suitable for 6 guests maximum . Close to all main tourist attractions like Capepoint, Chapmanspeak drive, Houtbay, Table Mountain, Boulders beach and the list goes on.
Airport only 30 minutes, shopping malls 5 minutes, Cape Vineyard as neigbor, lots of restaurants close by.
The private salt water pool is heated and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The house is serviced once a week by our domestic lady which service is included in the rental price.

2 weeks at Longbeach View
We stayed in Jan / Feb '23 and could not have been happier with our choice.
An and Frans were wonderful hosts, with great one to one communications and facilitating an early check in and late check out.
The property is in an ideal position with beautiful views whilst being close to Cape Point Vinyards and Noordhoek Farm Village. Also, easy to drop down to Steenberg, Constantia and beyond to explore further vinyards and eateries. Also spent numerous days chilling on the sun loungers by the pool with a book and enjoying the weather and views.
The property itself is exactly as described, spotlessly clean and very safe and secure.
We are already committed to return early next year.
Highly recommended.
