The Space:
Situated directly on a 27-hole golf course with four additional championship courses within the circle community. The home is on the golf course while maintaining your privacy from the golfer's view with the lovely seagrasses. The home features a split floor plan designed for both togetherness and privacy. Two oversized king sleeping suites with pool and garden views that are equipped with Smart TV's; flank a comfortable queen room with a dedicated desk with basic office setup (bring your own laptop) -ideal for remote work.

The primary suite opens to a spa-inspired bath complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and luxury bath products so you can de-stress from the everyday world. The guest wing offers a full bath with convenient poolside access. The open concept gourmet kitchen — outfitted with a wall oven, built-in microwave, air fryer, and everything you need to cook a proper meal — makes staying in just as appealing as going out. And when you do stay in, you can curl up with a good book or glass of wine in our lounge area over looking the pool. Ready for movie night? Swing the chairs around to join in the living area and take in the 65" Smart TV in the main living space which is compatible with all your personal streaming apps.

Step outside to your private screened-in lanai and solar-heated pool, framed by swaying palms, sea grasses and views of the back nine. Whether you're lounging poolside, dining al fresco, riding our tropical themed bikes, or working on your short game with the portable practice putting greens, the outdoor space is where this home truly shines.

-Pet friendly- Up to two dogs welcome (breed/size restrictions apply; fee and prior approval required. Please contact us to discuss). We provide a Welcome kit for our canine family. There is an on-site fenced in pet relief area for their comfort and safety.

-Accessibility.-The home is single-story accessible with a walk in/roll-in shower in the primary bath and ramps at the garage and covered lanai entry. Once booked, you will receive the House Manual and guidelines. Please review and contact us with any questions.

-Stay connected.-1 GB high-speed internet and a whole-home generator ensure comfort and connectivity.
