Why they chose this property

This location has everything within a beautiful walk! Tennis courts, bocce ball, parks, beaches, playgrounds, flower-lined boulevard, marina, movie theater, restaurants. Stage Fort Park has endless walks, entertainment and scenery and even after living here my whole life, I find something new every time I go!

What makes this property unique

Our classic New England colonial and timeless interior gives everyone a true feel of Gloucester living. One of the few on Stacy Boulevard with a vast yard space !
