Great place for an extended family trip. We loved Rockport and visited Motif 1 We hiked in Halibut Point State State Park. We went to Gloucester and bought seafood for a dinner in the well equipped kitchen. There we had a somber visit to the Gloucester Fishermen’s Memorial. All in all a great experience.

What a great find. I needed an option to host family coming from far and wide (California & Scotland) to attend my Son's wedding in Rockport. The home was large enough and then some, comfortable, clean, well equipped and located within easy walking distance of the beautiful waterfront area. The outdoor space is fabulous and my guests made full use of the opportunity to relax, cook and enjoy their stay. I got a five star rating from my guests and Viktor, our host, should get one too.

Very spacious. Extremely well equipped. Host was very responsive. Our large (16 people) group was very comfortable in this home. Outdoor space is special - room for all of us to eat and lounge. Great location- easy walk to town. Photos make it appear a tad more modern than it is, but it’s charming, clean, and comfortable. Recommend it highly.

Our visit was like staying in a longtime family vacation home with meaningful furnishings, not like a commercial rental. Every detail inside and out is thoughtfully planned, bedrooms and sitting rooms comfortable, kitchen well appointed. Our host is most gracious and attentive. The upstairs bathrooms are a little cramped and the stairs to the top floor a bit daunting, but it is a great place for a large extended family or friend group.

The house was amazing! Our host Victor was fabulously responsive when we had issues with the front door lock and house heating, which he took care of within minutes of our arrival. House amenities featuring the fully stock kitchen facilities were wonderful. Bedrooms/beds were lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers (water temp/water pressure) were great! We even had 2 members of our group brave the below-freezing outdoors to enjoy the hot tub!

We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. We will certainly hope to stay here in the future.

We loved the house and had an awesome and productive work trip. The nearby area has plenty of outdoor activities and places to dine. Beautiful home for family weekend

We loved our stay in this home - such a beautiful home with so much character. With 9 bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family of 16. Kitchen was pretty fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Victor was a very responsive host. Would love to come back to this home in the summer to explore Rockport in the summer. Would highly recommend this house for large parties.

Perfect Family Reunion House

Our group of 18 had a wonderful week and we all loved the house. The house is charming, spacious and well appointed. The 9 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate our large party. The yard had a great back deck for grilling, a fire pit for s’mores, a hot tub and a lap pool which was like a giant hot tub. The location was great for walking into town, going to shops, bearskin neck and restaurants. The property manager was great and very helpful when we needed anything.

Emma’s graduation

Victor’s house was our home during my niece’s graduation last weekend. We had enough room to accommodate all 17 of us plus another 8 the day of the graduation. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the deck. Victor was proactive in all our communication. My family wants to come back here for another graduation next year.
