We had a great stay at the villa!

The house feels recently renovated — everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. Inside, you’ll find everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the spacious wardrobes, which made it easy to keep things tidy. The outdoor area is just as lovely — the green lawn is well-kept and inviting, and our kids practically lived in the hammocks the whole time. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Perfect holiday

The house, the modernity, the garden ! Everything I suggested last year has been fixed so, thank you ! We’ll come again next year. Paying for the electricity is a bit “special”. I would appreciate paying an extra as a “whole” instead of each kwh.

Fantastic property in open farmland

We had a great stay at this villa being accommodated after having to leave our previous Villa (not booked through vrbo) because of hygiene issues. We were very pleased to be able to do this as it allowed us to enjoy the rest of the holiday and fully relax in this modern and well equipped Villa. The pool was a little cold as not heated and we were 35 mins from the coast, but this did not detract from us fully enjoying our break as the surroundings and facilities were perfect. Even when we experienced a small problem this was sorted out very quickly so well done vrbo!

Für Familie mit zwei Kindern super!!!

Die Finca war sehr sauber und super modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten uns erst gar nicht für ein Bett entscheiden, weil jedes Zimmer sehr gemütlich ausgestattet war. In der Küche haben zwei/drei Sachen gefehlt, die wir aber für kleines Geld selbst ergänzt haben. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Aber trotzdem sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hotspots in sämtliche Himmelsrichtungen innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten erreichbar. Wir buchen die Finca auf jedem Fall wieder. Es waren einige Fliesen im Pool locker, sodass sich ein Urlauber mehrere Schnittwunden am Rücken und eine tiefe Schnittwunde im Handballen zugezogen hat. Diese müssten bitte dringend ausgewechselt werden.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Schön Lage. Gepflegte Finca. Top Ausstattung. Sehr Ruhige Lage. Leider haben sich kleinere Teile der Fliesen um die Abflüsse im Boden des Pools gelöst. Hier haben wir leider kleinere Schnittwunden davon getragen. Die Kaffeemaschine könnte dennoch größer sein für die Anzahl der Personen. Vespen gibt es einige die aber nicht zu vermeiden sind. Man sollte dennoch aufpassen da diese schnell anfangen Nester zu bauen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit toller Beleuchtung und Ausstattung. Alles in Super Zustand und mit kleinen Geschenken und voll eingerichtet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden. Die rechte Herdseite kann nicht verwendet werden, da alle vorhandenen Pfannen zu klein sind und der Induktionsherd sich dann abschaltet. Die angegebenen Müllorte (zumindest der am Sportzentrum) sind mit einem Schloss abgesperrt und nur für Anwohner zugänglich Bei 8 Gästen wären eventuell 2 weitere liegen gut, es wollen vllt nicht alle in die Hängematte

Finca Son Vivot

Die Finca sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es gäbe allerdings einiges zu verbessern. Z. B. hätte ich mir für 8 Personen eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Pads waren unglaublich teuer und haben sehr viel Müll produziert. Außerdem wäre ein großer Topf für Spaghetti nützlich gewesen. Nudel auf 3 Etappen waren sehr unglücklich. Auch hätte die Finca etwas sauberer sein können. Die Toiletten waren nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig. Und der Platz zur Müllentsorgung hätte sehr viel besser beschrieben sein können.

Tolle Finca, modern eingerichtet, sehr sehr toller Pool!

Sehr sehr tolle Finca, top ausgestattet und sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat hier wirklich alles sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr gut, vorab wurden die Zimmer sehr liebevoll bereitgestellt, ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden, die Waschmaschine war super und der Pool ist ebenso wirklich klasse. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr toller Aufenthalt - Dankeschön! Wer nach Ruhe sucht, ist hier auch an der richtigen Adresse. Bis auf ein paar Hunde ( die gibt es ja aber überall ) war es hier wirklich verdammt ruhig. Die Lage ( in der Mitte der Insel ) war für uns ebenso ein Vorteil, da man überall mit dem Auto schnell hinfahren konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sa Pobla gibt es reichlich. In Buger gibt es einen Recycling-Point für das Entsorgen der Abfälle. Logistisch also eine tolle Sache :) Dankeschön! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern: - Eines Morgens stand plötzlich ein Herr in unserem Garten und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Das hat eine unserer Damen doch sehr erschrocken. Hier sollte auf jeden Fall vorab eine Information folgen. - Eine Tischtennisplatte wäre noch eine tolle Erweiterung für die Finca - Die Lichtsteuerung für den Außenbereich hatten wir nicht selbst in der Hand. Das wäre schön gewesen. Ich verstehe den Aspekt der Fernsteuerung vollkommen und zu 100% - aber so ganz ohne Möglichkeit, das Licht selbstständig an / aus zu schalten, hat mir dann doch gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Finca - etwas abseits

Tolle Finca - sehr schön gebaut, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber, nahezu alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, tolle Küchenausstattung, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, kleine Gewürzauswahl. Relativ abseits gelegen. Ohne min. 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt geht gar nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war sehr gut. In einem Fall war ein kurzer Anruf mit dem sehr freundlichen Team jedoch zielführender als mails - aber das gilt ja generell. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre prima )

Séjour calme et reposant

La maison est située dans une zone agricole calme. Elle possède toutes les commodités et elle est bien équipée. Le seul petit bémol est l’entretien insuffisant de la piscine. Au bout de trois jours l’eau passe au vert. L’entretien est fait seulement le jour du départ. Néanmoins, nous avons passé une bonne semaine.
