* Peak season is June, July, August. Only Saturday to Saturday rentals are allowed during these months. Other times are minimum 3 night stay. Minimum renter age is 25. This guest must be residing at property for the duration of the stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return parking passes to kitchen drawer.
When leaving, please set the thermostat to 80 in warmer months and 60 in cooler months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
During peak season of June, July, August only Saturday-Saturday bookings are available.
No luggage carts or buggies inside the condo to prevent damage to ceramic tile.
