The Space:

It has one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The space has air conditioning, dining room, living room with TV and high-speed WiFi. In addition, guests can enjoy the amenities of the complex, such as the common pool, gym, steam room, green areas, elevator, 24 hrs security and reception. A simple but very well used and comfy space, ideal for couples, digital nomads or independent travelers.

Other Things to Note:

Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.



*We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
