Wohnung 32 , Binz , Klünderberg 33

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hochwertig, aber leider gab es überall Spinn- und Staubfäden an Wänden und Decken. Die Küchenmöbel waren sehr klebrig. Auf der Terrasse war das Unkraut ziemlich hoch, so dass sie einen ungepflegten Eindruck machte. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und es gab auf der Terrasse volle Aschenbecher. Die Parkflächen vor der Ferienanlage sind nur mit Parkschein nutzbar. Leider sin die Parkautomaten nur mit App nutzbar. Da zu unserer Ferienwohnung auch ein Parkplatz in der Garage gehörte, dessen Schlüssel in der Ferienwohnung zu finden war, erhielten wir bereits nur für den Augenblick des Ausladens und Schlüssel für die Garage holen, schon einen Stafzettel. Das ist sehr urlauberunfreundlich. Der Hubparkplatz war nicht nutzbar, da unser Auto zu hoch war. Insgesamt kann man den Aufenthalt Am Klünderberg somit nicht empfehlen.

Unterkunft und Vermieter TOP, FeWo-Direkt Flop!

Unterkunft, Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Vor Ort passt alles und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fußweg mit 11% Steigung und in der TG steht ein Doppelparker zur Verfügung. Hier können wir nicht verstehen das dass von einigen kritisiert wurde. Es ist klar in der Anzeige so beschrieben und man weiß was einen erwartet! Sehr ruhige Anlage mit kurzem Weg zum Binzer Strand und Anbindung über den ÖPNV an den Rest der Insel. Für die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin 5 Sterne! Für das Portal FeWo-Direkt allerdings gar keinen Stern! Er gab im Vorfeld zwei wichtige Fragen von uns die bis heute nicht beantwortet wurden. Es gab keine Reaktion vom Portal auf unsere Fragen, künftig werden wir direkt buchen. FeWo-Direkt hat hier auf ganzer Linie versagt!
