Cozy vacation apartment (85 sqm) for up to 5 people with fully equipped kitchen

Our holiday rental is 85 square metres and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed, and the other has a pull-out bed for 2 additional adults or 3 children; one more person can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The cosy living room features a couch and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and other utensils you’ll need for everyday use. The kitchen also has a table with a dining area and chairs that can seat 5–6 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink. A storage room is also available, e.g., for bicycles, strollers, skis, and snowboards. All in all, a cosy holiday rental for families with children and for sports and nature enthusiasts. A deposit of 30% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request. The tourist tax of 1 EUR per person per night (ages 16 and up) will be charged separately on site. Security deposit: 100.00 EUR. A travel cot with linens is available for an additional fee. You must bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be booked in advance for 8 EUR per person upon request.
