Welcome to your perfect Jersey Shore retreat! This inviting 5 BR and 2.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) beach house blends relaxed coastal living with that unmistakable Down The Shore charm, just minutes away from LBI and its award winning beaches.
Step into a bright, breezy home with laid-back beach décor and plenty of room to gather and take in the fantastic water views in the open kitchen and dining area, three living rooms, the sunroom or out back on the dock enjoying the open views across the Mill Creek to LBI, AC and LEH.

Lifelong NJ couple. We grew up in northern NJ, and met at Rutgers University in the 1990s. We raised our children in Bergen County and recently bought our forever and retirement home in Manahawkin.

We spent many days on the beaches of LBI in the early 2000s and have returned to this area for the beauty and proximity to the beaches.

Sunset Views is the primary reason we love this house....additionally the house is comfy and cozy and just a pleasure to spend time in whether alone or with family and friends.
