This comfortable 3-room apartment is located at the south end of the building. It is flooded with light and features floor-to-ceiling windows. It is designed to accommodate up to 3 people and offers a spacious 76 square metres of living space.
 
Except for the entryway and bathroom, it features beautiful solid oak parquet flooring. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a balcony, and the second with a single bed and a small seating area (which can serve as a second small living room)—as well as a large, bright living-dining room with a modern open kitchen and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve. The balcony can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people when guests are visiting. Nature lovers can observe deer, foxes, and other wildlife from the balcony during twilight hours.
 
The apartment features a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It also includes a modern TV (80 cm) and a stereo system. You can connect your hard drive or an USB flash drive to the TV to view your photos, for example.
 
Wi-Fi/Internet is available.
Access to the apartment is via a separate private outdoor staircase, making it much more private than a shared stairwell.
 
There is a carport for your car, and a ground-level basement is available for bicycles, golf equipment, or strollers. There are also 2 bicycles there for holiday guests to use (use at your own risk).
Small pets are allowed (however, unfortunately, no large dogs such as German Shepherds or St. Bernards).



A quiet residential complex in Wittenbeck, surrounded by greenery and situated on a gentle slope adjacent to a wooded area that provides a cool breeze; just a few metres from the apartment is a beautiful golf course featuring an 18-hole championship course and a public 9-hole practice course. At the nearby Landhotel, the wellness area and swimming pool are available for a fee; dining options are also available in town. The residential complex is located approximately 4 km from Kühlungsborn and approximately 3 km from the Baltic Sea.
