An erster Stelle ist hier definiziv die Sauberkeit zu nennen! Zudem ist die Ausstattung zu nennen (modern geflisstes Wannenbad, Einbauküche mit Markengeräten und jegliche Reinigungsmittel bis Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb, dafür aber auch schön ruhig.
