Check in took a minute just make sure you have the unit number and not your door code. Communication was great we had a AC issue that was handled by moving us to another unit that was equal to the first one and a free night stay. I recommend a stay

I so much wanted to make this all a five star review. The host was gracious with his messages and very communicative before we got there.Our issues were the following:There was no way to work the main TV and he said he might have a friend that possibly could be available later in the evening to resolve it.The toilet was nearly non-operational. Advertising a coffee maker with no coffee. I guess that’s a lesson learned on my part. But really? Don’t you have coffee pods somewhere? Someone had to come clean before us and noticed there was no coffee and did not address it.Probably biggest concern is all of the AI responses when I texted after 8 PM. Trust me this was not late and I even asked AI to stop sending me AI responses. That didn’t work, and thankfully the host eventually turned the feature off.The property location itself is very nice so I don’t mean to be harsh on the host. We did have to find another location after our first night because of those issues. I hope those issues get figured out and I wish them well.

Please note that while a coffee maker is provided, coffee, pods, and other consumables are not included with the rental. As private homeowners, we may not always be available to respond immediately, especially during evening hours. We use AI-assisted messaging to help ensure guests receive timely responses when we’re unavailable and jump right back in as needed, although we understand that automated messages may not suit everyone’s preferences. We take guest feedback seriously and continually strive to improve our properties and guest experience. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you all the best.
