This high-quality apartment offers comfort and a cosy atmosphere for up to 4 people in a total area of approximately 75 m².

Since it was particularly important to us to enable people with physical disabilities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful location, we have designed this new holiday rental to be fully accessible —from the parking space right in front of the entrance door, through a ground-level entrance, all the way to the bathroom design and the selection of furnishings.

In addition, dogs are allowed in this beautiful holiday apartment. We provide food bowls, dog beds, and poop bags for your furry friends. The surcharge per dog per night is €10.00.

Now, regarding the amenities in our “Scheurebe” holiday apartment:
In the first bedroom, you’ll sleep on a solid wild oak beam bed (180 x 200 cm) with super-comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes in the matching 3-door solid wild oak wardrobe with a mirrored door in the centre. Dimmable LED lighting on the ceiling and walls creates a cosy atmosphere in the evening, and an electric exterior blind ensures you can sleep in undisturbed in the morning.
The second bedroom features two single beds made of solid beech—also with these super-comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes here in the two-door wardrobe made of solid beech. This bedroom also features an electric exterior blind.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open and bright. The leather sofa, the adjustable genuine leather TV armchair, and the 43-inch smart TV invite you to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV.
The dining set, featuring a solid wild oak dining table & very comfortable faux leather chairs, is the ideal spot for a relaxed brunch or a romantic dinner.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fully integrated dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, built-in fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, and under-cabinet lighting. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, beer mugs, pots and pans, silverware, and cooking spoons are provided for your use.
The LED lights in the living and dining areas are also dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness depending on the situation and mood. The south-facing windows are equipped with electric external blinds. The entry doors have been retrofitted with pleated blinds for privacy.
The venetian blinds and roller shutters can be controlled using a Somfy remote control.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a wheelchair-accessible sink, a toilet, as well as a washing machine, heat pump dryer, hair dryer, and various storage options. The bathroom mirror is equipped with LED lighting and an anti-fog function.

To ensure you can start your stay feeling relaxed, the beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided.
