This terraced house is part of a luxurious semi-detached property. You start the holiday day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, before preparing a breakfast of your choice in the well-equipped kitchen. The living room with large windows offers great mountain views. After an active day in the beautiful region, unwind in your own sauna. What a luxury!

The lodge is in a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre is within walking distance and you will find several restaurants and shops. Every morning you can get delicious fresh bread from the local bakery here.

Wald- Königsleiten is located between 3 famous ski areas: the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel ski areas are ideal for holidaymakers who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. In contrast, the Wildkogel Arena ski area is ideal for families with children. Bramberg is home to the longest winter toboggan run in Europe.

There is also plenty to do in the region in summer. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for hiking and mountain biking through the typical Austrian nature. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall pool. You will also find a number of (mini) golf courses
