The bunk suite is designed with families and younger guests in mind, making this home perfect for family gatherings, teams, and group getaways. Enjoy your private backyard oasis featuring a heated salt water resort-style pool, fire pit lounge, outdoor dining, professional grill, and built-in games like cornhole, bocce, and mini putt-putt. Inside, the open-concept home includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and a fully loaded game room with a pool table, poker table, 8-seat bar, two 55” TVs, refrigerator, and a 4-player arcade with 6,000+ games. Beach gear is included—4-wheel carts, umbrellas, blanket, and cooler.

Located in a quiet residential area just 20 minutes to Tampa Airport and 15 minutes to Downtown.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash day is Tuesday and Friday by 6 AM. Recycle is Wed. Bins must placed 3 feet apart at the end of the driveway. They also must be collected that day and place back behind the right hand side garage
You will be sent a door code within 24 hours of your stay.
Please remove all bedding and towels for our cleaning crew. We kindly ask you start a load of laundry as well as dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For your safety we have cameras at the front entryway, the front door, back patio and backyard. They record video only and there are no cameras inside
We use a noise monitoring system called Noise Aware that will notify you if the property is too loud.
Please do not keep children unattended by the pool. We also do not allow any glass near or around the pool or yard.

One of the biggest reasons I chose this neighborhood is the perfect balance it offers. It’s peaceful and residential, but still incredibly close to everything you would want while visiting Tampa. You’re just minutes away from the water, great restaurants, and some of the best spots in the city, yet the home itself feels like a quiet retreat. I wanted to create a space where guest could experience the best of Tampa while still having a calm, beautiful place to come home to- and this neighborhood made that possible.

What I love most is how the home blends a luxury feel with a warm, calm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or just some time to unwind, the space is designed to make your stay feel effortless and memorable.
