This is an older condo on the grounds of Chula Vista. It does not include pre-paid access to the CV waterpark. The unit itself was spacious and clean. The surrounding grounds were littered. Only 2 of the 4 grills available for cooking worked. The hosts were prompt and responsive to our questions and issues.
