The Space:

Inside, the new build features thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The guest bedrooms each offer queen-size beds and their own bathrooms, ensuring convenience for every guest. The fully fenced in private backyard is perfect for this PET FRIENDLY home.



Whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore the island by bike, or enjoy local dining and nightlife, this coastal getaway offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and style.



The Neighborhood:

You are just a short 10 min walk to the boardwalk with all its restaurants and shops.

Just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and public beach access, the Carolina Beach Lake (Farmers markets, Sunday movies, and many other festivals all throughout the year) and the island greenway, a bike/walking path that goes all throughout the island!



Other Things to Note:

We supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towels. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info link with you. We also do not supply body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay. Equipped with a smart tv and WiFi.
