Stunning! 4BR/3Ba (sleeps 10) with SwimSpa, Elevator and Pets Welcome

This gorgeous 3 year old single family house (not a duplex or condo) is perfect for your vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and a set of bunk beds) plus 3 full bathrooms. A huge kitchen with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The great room has a U shaped sectional couch with a chaise lounge. The large dining table seats 8-10 comfortably. All furniture and décor is high end and just stunning to see.
For those who love to enjoy the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have views of the Ocean. A fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grill and dining table which is perfect for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool during the day and then by raising the temperature up, it becomes a spa for you to relax in the evening. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your luggage or supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The house is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bike racks. The famous Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path, playground, and paddle boat rentals. In the summer there is a farmers market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.

You will find the house well stocked and very comfortable! The perfect place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.

The home was as described, very lovely and comfortable. The swim spa was a great place to relax in the evening, enjoyed sitting out on the deck for morning coffee. The home is close to the beach, just a short walk, close to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. It is located a short distance to the beach, with a doable walk. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked multiple meals for our party of 8 per day. The hot tub was a nice treat, but the swim spa feature was not working when we were there. Tammy is easy to communicate with and reached out both prior and during our trip. The hosts have also labeled the switches, drawers, hot tub and backyard instructions, etc., which not only saves time and confusion, but kept everyone in the party on the same page.

Very high end beach house

This property is gorgeous,very well maintained,and clean. Only 2 blocks to beach access. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having a second full size refrigerator was very helpful. The swim spa was great for relaxing in the evenings. Would recommend highly.

Great location, fantastic back yard!

This property is a stand-out in Carolina Beach in that it is a detached home featuring both an elevator (that works well) and a swim spa for the non-beach lovers in your group. The entire home is well equipped and Tammi is an extremely responsive host. The backyard is lovely and quite private and the beach is just a few blocks away. Beware that the bed in the main floor bedroom is quite high (a stepstool might be nice) and that the bathroom is not private to the bedroom. Also, the cleanlng service could be a bit more thorough, but overall, an excellent house. Highly recommend!

Great property and location.

Wonderful home and short walk to the beach and town. Owner did a great job of making it a home away from home by providing all the necessities and extra kitchen tools to cook a meal. Master Bed was super comfortable. Swim spa was really nice and the elevator made life much easier on our Senior Pup. Great neighborhood.

We had a great time at this property. The location is ideal and walking distance to everything. The house is immaculate, new and decorated beautifully. Plenty of space for our family and we would definitely recommend it to friends and we will definitely come back!

Great family get together

My wife and I had all our kids, their spouses, and a new grandchild together for a week Long Beach vacation. The house had a great layout with excellent amenities and a convenient location to access the beach. Everyone was pleased with the place.

Perfect for our family

Very clean lovely home with every accessory you could want for your stay. The floor plan worked great and the decks added a nice open air gathering place for conversation. Tammy was great. Short walk to the beach and the elevator came in very handy for groceries and elderly family members.

Spacious House with Elevator Close to Beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach with family spending time with our new granddaughter. The layout gave the new parents plenty of room for baby bassinets and other items! The elevator was a life-saver for a family member who just had foot surgery. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location. We would definitely stay again!

Family Spring Break

My family had a great time at this house. Super clean and everything working perfect. Spa was a big hit. We rented a golf cart and had a blast around town. This house is close to parks, stores, restaurants, and beach. Highly recommend. 5 stars !!!

All you need at CB

We had a great stay at Tammy’s place to ring in the New Year. She is a most communicative and accommodating host, who keeps a clean well-stocked home for her guests. We found everything we needed and knew just what to expect on supplies from her thorough welcome packet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, the hot tub was FANTASTIC and the walk to the beach access was quick & easy. We can highly recommend a stay with Tammy!

Weekend Stay

We visited Wilmington to tour UNCW with our son. We had two families stay in the house and it was perfect for 4 adults, 5 kids and two dogs! The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything that we needed to cook dinners. We wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor balconies a little more, but the weather was cold. We are considering a trip when it is warmer because they are great! Overall, our stay was amazing and I would rent again.

Beautiful house, great location. It was well equipped for pet friendly. They even had the dog gates to keep our dog away from the stairs. Great rooftop deck to watch the weekly fireworks without leaving the house. This rental had everything you could ask for. We definitely plan to rent again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This home is everything and more for a vacation in Carolina Beach. The online pictures and descriptions are very accurate. It's large, comfy, quiet, very close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and eateries. The kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard is an oasis with a large spa pool. Plenty of parking. We were 6 adults with one small child and everyone had plenty of room/space to work and play. The owner was responsive when needed. We highly recommend this place for your next visit. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Everything you need and want!

An absolutely beautiful and well stocked home for my family of 8 (all adults and an infant). Very large and spacious rooms! Loved the open floor plan on top floor where the dining room, kitchen ( with everything you need and then some) and family room where we all hung out for family time 24/7. The balconies were used a lot and enjoyed the views. The Spa? Let’s just say I’m looking into getting one just like it! Amazing!!! We would love to stay there again!!!

Perfect Family Beach Home

Gather together to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. All daughters, son in laws, and grandbabies in the same house all at the same time is a rarity, so having the right house is important. This one definitely checks all the boxes. The pictures accurately reflect what you will see. Comfortable beds, large living and dining space, 3 decks, and the private space in the back yard. The grandbabies couldn't get enough of the SwimSpa. Don't look any further. The owners have delivered an exceptional and memorable experience for my family.

We’ve stayed in quite a few beach houses...

We have never seen such care and personal touches put into a place like this one by Tammy. You literally don’t need to bring a thing other than your suitcase. She has truly made it like an actual home. Everything is already stocked. We didn’t need any beach chairs, toys, etc. and the kitchen had every pan, every utensil, every gadget, even every paper product or spice we could possibly need. The house is beautiful and a quick walk to the beach. The views of the sunset from the roof deck were awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

In short....it's perfection.

The house is nothing short of perfect. I've stayed in VRBOs all over the world and this is one of the best. It's impeccable with every single detail thought of and organized. Beds are amazing. Decor perfection. Kitchen stocked beyond what's expected. View on the decks are just gorgeous. ZERO complaints. We plan to stay there again next year. Extremely easy walk to the beach, even with cranky toddlers and seniors. You won't regret staying here. Thanks for a wonderful experience Tammy!

COVID-19 Phase Two: Safer at Beach Belle!

My family and I enjoyed an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property. It was a real pleasure to enjoy our first trip out of the house with the reduced CDC and NC requirements from COVID-19. Tammy has thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. A few features I really enjoyed: - Fully stocked kitchen - Hallway and bathroom nightlights for our 4 little kiddos (ages 10 to 5) - The spa/pool/hot tub was awesome for the adults and the kids. - Beautifully decorated - Nice little foot mats at each side of the bed - Clothes hampers in each room's closet - Number combo on the door for keyless entry - Beach chairs, toys, and cart for transport on the property - A very short walk to the beach. It was no issue for our family of 6 plus two grandparents. We hope to have the opporunity to stay again. Tammy, you're awesome. Thanks so much.

We loved this builder spec. home as soon as we saw it. We outfitted with high end furniture and beautiful artwork from local artists. The balconies and large backyard with a swim spa are unique and provide the outdoor living experience we enjoy.
It's proximity to the Ocean, Lake and boardwalk made it the perfect choice.

What makes this property unique

Elevator, lots of parking spaces and a fully fenced in backyard. Plus, pets are allowed if you paid the $250 pet fee. Swim Spa can be used as a pool or a spa during your stay.
