Amazing Property!

The home was immaculate! Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside living area under the house. Home was very well stocked including the kitchen. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous property- close to the beach!

This property was perfect for our family! We had two elderly family members so the elevator was such a nice addition and my teenage boys loved the pool table/tv set up downstairs! It was super close to the beach access and overall a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely awesome property with plenty of space and multiple amazing spots from the roof top deck to the 1st floor game patio. We enjoyed it all and would absolutely recommend!!!

Everything was very nice. The thoughtful extras made it especially nice. Two of the bedrooms had pet hair on the bed blankets and we don't have pets so that was unwelcome, otherwise great stay.

Great spot on Carolina Beach

We took a family trip to CB and this location was perfect. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of board games and fun for a rainy day. The bbq grill and pool table area is a great soace to relax after a day at the beach. There are beach chairs and a beach wagon available for use to the very shoemrt walk to the beach. Well stocked with everything a guest could ask for, including a crock pot and an air fryer in the kitchen. The grocery stores are very close, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Looking for a great family space to unwind and have fun, this checks all of the boxes.

One of the best Thanksgivings ever!

The property was clean, well stocked, well kept, functional, and exactly as advertised. The managing agent and owner were extremely responsive and made our stay one to remember. If available and they'll have us we'd like to go back again next year...

Senior Getaway

The home was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own private bathroom. The elevator was very helpful. From the rooftop deck we saw sunrises, sunsets and even a full rainbow. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful House!

My family (kids, grandson) and our dog had a wonderful fall beach vacation in this beautiful house! I can't say enough good things about the house - beautifully decorated, comfortable, great outdoor space, very well stocked kitchen - it has it all! The elevator was a huge bonus! The covered patio with pool table, TV and dart board was great and the backyard was perfect for our pup! It is in a very nice neighborhood and only 2 blocks to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyable

The house was a great space to be with family. Room to be together but also space to get away by yourself. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, which we did. The younger adults really enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool table and large tv. Also, all of my questions, text, emails, were answered quickly. This is definitely a place my family will stay again.

Great for Family Reunion

This is a nicely appointed home. We cooked all of our meals and appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen, good cookware, and fairly stocked spice drawer. We enjoyed both the first floor game / grill area and the rooftop patio. The living room was very comfortable for evening games. Bedrooms were exactly what we needed for our three couples and two teenage brothers. Beach access is an easy 5 minute walk. Town is walking distance as well, about 15 blocks

Wonderful vacation home

We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the eastern US, and I have rated one other property 5 stars. This home deserves 5+ stars. The house is almost new. The furnishings and kitchen appliances are luxurious. 2 blocks from beach access. The beds are perfect. The small fenced backyard was perfect for our furry pal. We had 6 adults and 4 children in our party, and there was plenty of room.

My family loved the place. Checking in and out was very convenient and easy. The house was clean and well-maintained went we arrived. The elevator was very handy during our stay for both people and pets. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils and appliances. Fortunately, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. The rooftop patio was fantastic, especially first thing in the morning. Watching the sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean was special. The location was ideal. There is a park and bike trail within walking distance of the house, and there is a grocery store less than 5 miles from the house, which was convenient. If I had to nitpick, I would say the beds were a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, some aspects of the house felt cheap. For example. The stairs and floors in the house creaked. However, these are small things, and these things did not affect our experience or stay. My family and I would definitely recommend this house to others. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we were to go to Carolina Beach.

The property is immaculate. Access to the beach was very convenient and the house had so many great amenities. The owners thought of everything even the smallest details. The rooftop deck was a highlight. Great for dinners and coffee while the sun rose. The pool table made for great fun. Pet friendly but VERY clean. Great place for our large family and two pups. Exceeded every expectation. Will definitely return.

First Timers at Carolina Beach for 4th of July 2025

The property was terrific! Location was just a couple walking blocks from oceanfront. The house was set up with everything you needed. The rooftop deck and the ground floor pool table area were perfect for after beach fun and watching the fireworks and grilling on the 4th. We met up with another family so it was truly special since we were able to disconnect from work and spend quality family time. Communication with the property point of contact was amazing. We would definitely recommend to stay here for anyone looking for a great 4 bedroom spot near the beach!

Awesome stay!

This was one of the most well stocked and nicest vacation rentals we've stayed at. No noise from the neighbors in the adjoining condo. The only downside is that the kitchen and living area are on the 4th floor which is above the two king bed rooms. If you have earlier risers in your group (especially kids) consider the foot traffic noise that will occur in the early morning. The 2nd floor has two full or queen beds in one room and a queen bed in the other room. All bedrooms have a private bathroom plus a 1/2 bath on the 4th floor/kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked, brand new nice appliances plus extra appliances (air fryer, blender, waffle maker, I think I even saw a bread maker). Plenty of dishes. Awesome tables and decorations. Very clean. They even provided beach gear for our stay. Wagon, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, corn hole, bikes(this might be something you have to request separately, not sure). The beach towels being provided was also super nice. One less bulky thing to worry about packing. The walk to the beach is easy and as long as you can set up by 9 you'll get a prime spot on the beach not far from the access. Go ahead and book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect for graduation at UNCW

My family (ages raged from 1-90) stayed here for a long weekend during my husbands graduation. Everyone absolutely loved this house!! The house went above and beyond on every little detail. An easy walk to the beach and very close to a handicap beach access.
