This bright, charming, fun vacation home is only five blocks from public beach access. Situated on a quiet street and close to everything. Minutes from restaurants, bars, shops, the boardwalk, and the greenway trail. With our golf cart, you can scoot around town quickly and easily. It comes with a pre-paid parking pass.

Holy Mackerel has one king bedroom with two twin sleeper chairs and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub and shower, two queen bedrooms with a full shared bathroom, and an additional "bedroom" with twin bunk beds. Perfect for children. (Please note: there is no door to this room, but there is a blackout curtain to provide privacy and reduce light.) All bedrooms and the bunk room have Smart TVs.

The two full baths include shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, as well as hair dryers. There is also a curling iron and a flat iron in the upstairs bathroom.

We have salt and pepper grinders, as well as a spice rack. We'll provide you with one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Additionally, we have trash bags, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher pods available.

The dining room table seats eight, and the spacious living room has two couches, two swivel chairs, a fireplace, and a SmartTV. We have two cabinets full of games, cards, and books.

Relax on our large private front porch with three French doors, a fireplace, and a TV.

In the dog-friendly, fenced-in backyard, cook dinner on the gas grill and eat at the table for six. It also includes a private outdoor shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towel hooks inside and out.

After dark, light up the fire pit and sit around the four Adirondack chairs in the front yard.

In the garage, there is an extra fridge, several bikes, a dozen beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and cornhole.

DOGS
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. No other pets. The non-refundable pet fee is $250. Please be responsible and pick up after your dogs on the property, in the neighborhood, and around Carolina Beach. We have a pooper scooper, a large dog crate, dog bowls, and toys. Leashed dogs are permitted on the beach from April 1-September 30 before 9am and after 5pm. October 1-March 31, dogs are permitted at all hours.

GOLF CART
We have a golf cart available for rent at an additional fee:

Check-in day: $50
All other days: $85
Check-out day: No charge

The golf cart rental is for the ENTIRE length of your stay. We do not allow partial stay/partial week rentals; for example, you cannot rent it for one day or only on certain days during your stay.

The cart has a CB parking permit, which allows you to park in any public lot or space (that allows golf carts) at no additional cost to you.

Please let us know if you would like to rent it, as it requires a separate rental agreement and payment outside of VRBO. You will be required to provide proof of insurance and a copy of each person's driver's license.

PARTIES
Parties are prohibited! If we receive information from our neighbors about a house party, we will call the police. Additional guests will be asked to leave, and you will be assessed an additional fee of $250.
