About this property

Built in 2015, this townhome is located near the popular Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. There are several restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. This home has ample parking underneath and additional in the gravel area adjacent to driveway. There are ocean views from all levels with seating on both porches. Open floor plan with a living area and well equipped kitchen and pantry on the main level. The 1st floor master has a king bed, a smart TV and a private bathroom. The 2nd floor master has a queen bed & private bathroom. & smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom/2nd living area has a single bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa, attached bath and a smartTV. A second pullout sleeper sofa is located in the first floor living area and also has cable TV. Wifi is provided. There is a half bath on the main level and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, mixer and many other comforts of home. The bar area seats 3 with a table that can accommodate up to 6. The pantry is the perfect place to stash coolers and items out of the way. Outside shower with cold and hot water provided.
Head to the beach with our wagon or beach cart.
Please note linens are provided upon request.

Great location!

Very comfortable property within just a block of the public beach access. There’s not much parking available at the beach, so it was nice to be able to easily walk there without the beachfront prices. Thank you for the wagon and available umbrellas and chairs. House is very cozy and clean, beds are all comfortable. There is construction going on behind the house during the week, but they seem to attempt the keep the noise down until later each morning… No fault of the owner. Thanks again for a nice place for our family to enjoy Carolina Beach!

Great Place

This house was amazing. Never have we rented a house so fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was very convenient and the kids loved all the beach toys. Thank for a great getaway
