This comfortable one-room apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an Art Nouveau villa built in 1910. With 44 m² of space, it offers a pleasant retreat for up to two people, making it ideal for couples or solo travellers.

The bright living, sleeping, and kitchen area was completely renovated in March 2025 with great attention to detail and combines modern comfort with a cosy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchenette, the comfortable double bed, and the small sitting area offer everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, is also equipped with a hair dryer. Large windows let in natural light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. On the private terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours and a beautiful view of the Watzmann—a perfect spot for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space right next to the house, a shared washing machine (for a fee), and a storage room for bicycles round out the amenities.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of recreational activities. Hiking, mountaineering, and mountain biking are all available in the immediate vicinity. There are also plenty of outing options in winter. Sledding, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, horse-drawn carriage rides, and snowboarding are just a few of them. Shopping options and the nearest train station are each about 4 km away; a restaurant is about 1 km away, and public transport is just 300 metres away. Lake Königssee is about 9 km from the accommodation. The historic centre of Berchtesgaden is 2.5 km away and is also easily accessible on foot.

The Schlössl is located in Bischofswiesen in the Stanggass district. You can reach the Berchtesgaden market in 5 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes on foot. Nestled in the stunning Berchtesgaden mountain scenery, this location offers everything your heart desires.
In the summer, you can enjoy the sun at the Aschauerweiher natural swimming area, and in the winter, you’ll find a cross-country skiing centre and various ski resorts nearby. The centre of Bischofswiesen—with shopping, a tourist information office, a post office, and a savings bank—is just a 3-minute drive away. There’s also a bus stop right nearby (about 200 m away)—you can ride for free with your guest card.
