The property is planted with over 100 historic roses. During the blooming season, the scent of the roses can be clearly detected even beyond the 3,150-square-meter property.<br>The apartments underwent extensive restoration and modernization in 2020/2021.<br>Although it only launched in July 2021, it has already been honoured with the 2022 Traveller Revier Award from booking.com.<br><br>Wer "Gesund Lebt" features filtered water with a SodaStream and a mini herb garden (depending on the season). All living rooms and bedrooms have multimedia TVs, and each apartment has a separate entrance with a hand sanitiser dispenser. Each apartment has a wall-mounted safe for watches, jewellery, etc. The large balcony is off the living room, and the smaller one adjoins two bedrooms.<br>The property is secured by an alarm system with a chip-based locking system and an electric gate with remote control for access to the property. A wheelchair and a walker can be provided free of charge upon request.
