Eckernförde gem

Beautiful, clean, convenient property in the heart of town. It was nice to have a garage parking space. Property managers were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Schöne Wohnung, Super Lage, gleich am Hafen, Tiefgarage gleich unten drunter, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, soweit behindertengerecht. 1x ebenerdige Dusche (jedoch ist leider das kleinen Bad mit Rollstuhl nicht begehbar.) 1x Badewanne mit Dusche Hundefreundlich, Mein Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Küche soweit gut ausgestattet, nettes „Willkommenspaket“ mit Schwamm und 1x Toilettenpapier und Spühlmaschinentabs, Waage war kaputt, keine Mikrowelle, wenig Pfannenwender, etc. - Kochuntensilien. Besteck war ausreichend vorhanden. So gut wie keine Gewürze vorhanden. Nur ein kleines Gläschen und Salz. Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert, keine Probleme. Check-Out leider nur bis 10:00- wäre schön gewesen wenn es etwas später ginge Nachbarschaft hat man so gut wie nicht bemerkt. Leider war die eine Bewohnerin (die wahrscheinlich eine Eigentumswohnung hat und dauerhaft dort wohnt) nicht erfreut uns zu sehen und war sofort von meinem Hund genervt, obwohl man ihn nicht gehört hat, weder gebellt oder sonst was. Ansonsten war es sehr angenehm.

Die Lage der ansonsten schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung im EG des Hauskomplexes ist von der Besonnung her ungünstig. Schlafzimmerschrank Osten bzw. Norden, Wozu nach Süden beeinträchtigt durch gegenüberliegende Bebauung. Das mag im Hochsommer von Vorteil sein. Vor nachbarlicher Einsicht ist man in keinem Zimmer geschützt, es sei denn man zieht die Plissees zu. Die Lage zum Hafen und der gastronomischen Infrastruktur ist super.
