Ich hätte mich über eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung gefreut.
Die Wohnung war auf den Regalen recht staubig. Ich könnte deutlich sehen, dass um die Gegenstände nur etwas herm gewischt würde. Unter dem Fernseher gar nicht. Auch fanden sich überall an der Zimmerdecke und über der Küchenzeile Spinnenweben
Es fehlte ein Abwaschlappen zum Abputzen der Arbeitsfläche.
Die Matratze des Bettes war an manchen Stellen schon ziemlich durchgelegen.

Im Bereich des Bettes gibt es irgendwo einen leicht modrigen Geruch, den ich aber nicht genauer verorten kann.
Für den Fernseher wäre ein Verlängerungskabel ganz gut, da man ihn sonst nur sehr eingeschränkt positionieren kann.
Etwas stärkere Verdunklung wäre angenehm.
