The property was clean, easy to access, very comfortable. The view from the porch was awesome. Felt like we woke up in the clouds and as the day went on and the view opened up as well. We even saw some fireflies down in the wooded area below.

Interior of the place was clean and well organized. The exterior needed a long overdue cleaning. There were large cob webs on the walls and railings on the outside deck. Had to clean an area to be able to sit out and enjoy the scenery. Had to walk through the screened area to get into the house. It was filthy between the cob webs and dirt on the chairs and barbeque pit. We didn't use the screened area other than to get into the house. I texted the host and Greg responded. Saying "Thanks for notifying us and providing pictures. We value the opportunity to make things right and appreciate your patience and understanding." We had a 2 week stay. I sent the text the day we arrived. Greg responded the next day. No one came out to clean the outside area, while we were there. We cleaned the outdoor furniture we wanted to use and moved it away for the cob webs. This would be a great rental for Halloween - bring a couple of ghosts and skeleton.
