Additionally, the apartment offers a sauna and a balcony furnished with garden seating.

Free parking is available at the Renesse transfer station, and bicycles can be parked behind the accommodation. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs.

During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.The payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On departure day, please vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the collection point.If baby cots are available, they do not include bed linens; please bring your own.Bed linens and towels are usually provided; please check your booking details to confirm.Overnight visitors must be registered, and they may only stay with prior approval, including payment for bed linens and tourist tax.Pets may be allowed, depending on the property.
